Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of modern health-preserving technologies for young athletes in Kazakhstan. The aim of the study was to systematize scientific publications addressing medical control, monitoring of physical development, assessment of functional state, regulation of training load, and organizational support of sports training. Sports medicine, cardiological diagnostics, heart rate control, and heart rate variability analysis were identified as the most developed areas. It was found that Kazakhstani studies are mainly focused on individual components of support, while comprehensive technologies implemented in sports schools remain limited. The study concludes that medical, functional, and pedagogical control should be integrated into a unified health-preserving system aimed at ensuring safety and individualization of training. The review also revealed contradictions between the health-promoting potential of sports and the risks of overload in young athletes.
